"Great old fashioned customer service. After being treated rudely by another company we found Fox Valley Overhead Door and I am so glad we did. Everyone at the company we spoke to was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. When the guy came out he did a great job. Every time he went out and came in he would knock as a courtesy even though I told him it wasn't necessary. He completed the job and than gave us instructions on maintaining the new springs, something we have never had. The price was fair and exactly what they said it would be, no surprises. I highly recommend them for all your needs, I know we will use them again."
